Q: What is your refund policy?

Due to the nature of our product, we do not allow refunds or returns unless the item arrived damaged. Please send us an email if your cards were damaged in shipping.

Q: Do you offer personalized affirmations?

At this time we are not offering personalized affirmation cards, but do plan on adding this option in the future.

"Zenful" encapsulates the essence of a serene and balanced life. It's a brand name that resonates with individuals seeking tranquility and mindfulness in their everyday experiences. Our brand is committed to helping you embrace a more peaceful and centered existence.

Q: My affirmation card fell off the mirror/shower wall?

Our waterproof affirmation cards are not supposed to be permanent, eventually they will fall off and need to be reapplied with water. We've found the cards last very long on a mirror and only a day or so in the shower due to the amount of steam.
